Here are a few of the successful projects I have done as well as a couple testimonials:

Highlighted Projects
Poster and Pamphlet
This poster was created for Building Bridges Foundation at Anderson Farm to post in VA medical centers and other places Veterans frequent. It is an informative poster on Building Bridges to bring awareness to the Foundation and what it offers to Veterans and their families. Using the colors of the logo overlaid on a background image of a Veteran and a horse with block bold fonts, it is eye catching, clear and an easy to follow straight forward message. Beside each poster goes a clear brochure holder that holds the self-mailer pamphlet for Veterans to take to request more information.
Logo
Created logo and branding. It is a simple yet unique logo. Two colors were chosen to create interest and uniqueness. A sharp and modern logo to stand the test of time. Easily readable and recognizable. This logo won a 2021 American Graphic Design Award from Graphic Design USA magazine.
Businesses Card
This was a redesign of the Quality Stone Veneer business card. The company name and information is laid out cleanly on the card with parts highlighted in the gold color of the logo. The Q is faded back and made large in the background on the front and the logo is enlarged on the back. This brands the logo Q symbol. This business card was created to stand out, yet be clean and easy to read. This design won a 2008 In-House Design Award from Graphic Design USA magazine.
Pocket Folder
This pocket folder for Quality Stone Veneer was created as a presentation packet to give to builders. Previously builders were given Design Gallery Binders with labeled pictures of jobs, which were expensive to print, or unprofessional packets were made up by each office. The pocket folder replaced these with a more professional and unified presentation.

The look of Quality Stone was used throughout. Pictures of stone and nature line the bottom of the main picture on the front. This illustrates stone veneer is inspired by nature and creates a natural look. Inside, the pockets are die cut on the curve of the Q in Quality Stones' logo. Across the pockets is a large welcoming picture. Two testimonials are placed on the pockets as well as a brief introduction to Quality Stone Veneer. Included on the pockets are slits for a business card so each sales person can include their card. Behind the pockets is a large faded picture of stone. The back of the folder continues the look of Quality Stone Veneer with images in a row highlighting some of their projects. Across the top of the images is the 800 number which directs callers to the nearest Quality Stone Veneer office. Phone numbers for all their offices are listed as well.
Commercial
This commercial for Quality Stone Veneer was created to be aired during a TV show featuring a builder who worked with Quality Stone. "Inspiration Becomes Reality" is illustrated with the bright clouds and each photo feathered into them. The scenes show applications for the stone veneer. The end of the commercial shows an ad design that ran in magazines the year this was aired, illustrating again, "Inspiration Becomes Reality". This commercial won a 2008 American Graphic Design Award from Graphic Design USA magazine.
Flyer
This was created to replace a pamphlet given out at trade shows. The pamphlet folded out horizontally and had a perforated card for the customer to fill out and mail back to Quality Stone Veneer for more information. A catalog would then be mailed to the customer. The problems were it cost a lot to print, not many cards were returned, and sometimes the sales people would forget and also hand out a catalog. An introduction piece to Quality Stone that gave potential customers enough information about the company and how to contact them, but was also cost-effective, was needed.

This tri-fold flyer became the solution. It covers a lot of information and is cost-effective. Several pictures of applications for stone veneer, information on package sales, samples of the stone options available and contact information were included. There were two separate flyers done, one for residential and one for commercial. Showing is the residential flyer.
"Inspiration Becomes Reality" is the headline and is illustrated by the mountain fading into the house. This shows nature inspired the stone veneer, the stone inspired the house and Quality Stone Veneer can make your vision come to life. The sub headlines shown below the house picture explain that Quality Stone can be your single source for stone veneer. The ad is all centered so the reader sees each part easily and knows exactly what Quality Stone Veneer can do for them as well as how to contact the company.
Brochure
This brochure was created to give to potential clients depending on their needs. Six versions were created - one for each project type: Commercial, Religious, Healthcare, Senior Living, Educational, and a General one as an introduction to Beers + Hoffman Architecture.

It is a Closed Gate Fold brochure meaning the two sides fold in towards each other forming a gate. Then it is folded in half again closing it to form a brochure the size of a trifold. The project type was introduced on the cover. When opened to the left is a brief introduction to Beers + Hoffman and an inspiring image on the right. Then it fully opens to a gallery of images showing the customer the potential of what Beers + Hoffman can do for them with a collage of images and highlighted bullet points. The back clearly shows the Beers + Hoffman team and contact information. The blue sky and clouds make the brochure feel bright and inspiring. The clean layout of the pictures on the inside with each labeled, the logo colored bullet points and the black background makes everything stand out and easy to follow and read.

“You created an ad for us that is better than what the advertising agency created.”

Shelly – Former Marketing Department Manager – Quality Stone Veneer, Inc.

“It has been an absolute pleasure working with you throughout the project. From day 1, you took into account all of the various facets of the business and integrated them along with your own independent research to create the icon that will be the face of the business.
